Hi Lizzie, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the late reply. You can think of it as sc 8, flip, then sc 8. Essentially you’re working around a foundation chain, starting from the 2nd ch from the hook. I wanted to understand for Round 1 after chain 9, then sc 7, sc 2 on last chain then flip the other side sc 7, won’t the second chain previously end up with no sc? Why not sc 8 then flip then sc 8?
